Did you lose an item at Huntington Hospital?

This service is limited to items lost within Huntington Hospital premises only. Please note that we do not handle lost items at neighboring facilities, such as 10 Congress or the Pavilion.  Please contact those locations directly to inquire about your item(s).

For Current Patients

If you are currently admitted and have lost personal belongings, please contact our patient relations department for assistance at (626) 397-5211 or via email patientrelations@huntingtonhealth.org

For Discharged Patients and Visitors

Please complete the form below with as much detail as possible to help us identify your lost item. All found items are turned in to our volunteer services team. If we locate your item, we will contact you using the information you provide.

Our Commitment

While Huntington Hospital cannot assume responsibility for lost items, our volunteer services team makes every effort to reunite found belongings with their owners. All recovered items are held in our Lost and Found for up to 30 days.
